If you’ve called our Support team over the last 5 years, chances are good you’ve spoken with David! David joined our team in September, 2016, at a time when we were still supporting 2 versions of CampBrain (Web and Desktop). From Day 1, David demonstrated a unique ability to learn, contribute, and solve problems…all while keeping the laughter and positive vibes constant. David loves to help people, and his knowledge of CampBrain runs deep. He’s shared his expertise with hundreds of camps over the years while working on our Tech Support and Implementations teams. Most recently, David has transitioned into a role on our Product team and was essential in helping design our eChecks and Credit Card Surcharges features. 

David makes a meaningful impact in whatever role he is in – whether it’s helping a camp solve a problem with a report, training a new client on the software, or making decisions about how a feature is going to work. But he’s more than just an amazing contributor. He’s a wonderful person to work with and be around. He is genuine, thoughtful, and caring. His sense of humour is contagious, and he brings joy to everyone he works with. He embodies each of our values as a company, and we’re deeply appreciative of his contributions over the last 5 years.
