We strive to be a place where people want to work at and a company that customers want
to do business with.
Our Events
From family-camp weekends to regular potlucks, we put fun and connection at the center of everything we do. We’ve even been known to try our hand at a little friendly axe-throwing.
Engaging the camp community
Making sure more kids – especially those from underserved communities – experience the joys of camp is a primary focus for our engagement efforts. We support Amici Camping Charity’s Canoe Head for Kids event, Kids in Camp’s fundraising events and volunteer with various camp associations.
We are our people. When they thrive, so do we.
Diversity and inclusion
Building an environment that’s welcoming to all and respectful of everyone matters, and we are learning how to be more deliberate and thoughtful in this area.
Learning plans
Develop a personalized, fully funded learning plan to accelerate your goals – even if they’re not tied to your current position.
Wellness allowance
An annual stipend that can be used for fitness, health or learning opportunities.
Internal mobility
The majority of our non-entry level positions are filled internally.
Mentorship programs
Get support and guidance to help you make the jump to other positions within the company, even into management roles.
Community connections
We support participation in the wider dev community through Product Meetups, a UX book club and attendance at conferences and tech events.
Beautiful building
We’re located in the Studio City building in downtown Toronto. Built around 1890, it used to house the Heintzman & Company piano factory and the Victoria Tin Works. With its wooden beams, exposed brick lots of natural light, it’s a great space to work in.
Easy access
The CampBrain office is just an 11-minute walk from the King subway station and a 20-minute walk from Union Station.
Ride your bike
An elevator makes it easy to bring your bike up to the office. There’s even a secure space inside in which to store it.
Maximum convenience
Everything you’d want is near the office: Coffee shops, restaurants, the St. Lawrence Market and the Distillery District. We have a walk Score of 98, a transit score of 100 and a bike score of 97.
WFH FTW!
We support work-from-home set ups whenever possible and do everything we can to ensure they’re seamless and productive. In fact, many CampBrain staff members currently WFH throughout Canada.
Doggos welcome
CampBrain is a certified dog-friendly workplace.
Going green
We’re serious about reducing waste and minimizing our carbon footprint.
