With the holidays season coming up, many of our staff will be taking some time off this December. We will always have enough people in the office to support you during the holidays, but there will be a few adjustments to our regular support hours. If the date is not listed below, we will have our regular support hours, from 8:30 am – 8:00 pm EST.
Our office will resume regular working hours on Monday, January 3rd.
If you are working on a specific item or project with someone from our team (a report with the Reporting team, your setup with Implementations, or an item with Technical Support) make sure you communicate the urgency with them, so we can get you what you need during the holidays.
As always, you can contact our emergency email during off-hours if necessary.
