BRAINSTORM 2017, our user conference, starts this Wednesday evening (Oct 11) and there will be a few disruptions to our usual support hours. During the following times, we will not have support staff available for the usual phone/email support (though we will monitor our emergency email):
Wednesday (Oct 11) – 5pm – 8pm
Thursday (Oct 12) – 8:30am – 10am; 12:15pm – 1:15pm; 4pm – 5:30pm; 7pm – 8pm
Friday (Oct 13) – 3pm – 5pm
All times are EST.
Our whole team is heavily involved with this event so our general support staff levels will be a little lower than usual from Wednesday at 5pm through Friday. Our responses may be a little slower than usual during this time as a result. All will be back to normal on Monday (Oct 16) morning.
