Always Ready Support Center

The Support Center is home to over 200 videos and articles explaining everything from how to configure a beautiful email layout to moving balances forward.

If you haven’t visited the Support Center before, you can access it directly through your CampBrain office portal. It’s easy – hover your mouse over the CampBrain logo on the main menu then click the green question mark. This will take you to the CampBrain Support section, where you can click the link to access the Support Center.

Get a Video Jump Start

Whatever feature you’re looking to learn about, odds are there is a resource on the Support Center. As we head into the summer, here are some common tutorials refreshers you might find helpful: 


For a two-step refresher on the cabinizer, we recommend watching the Cabins & Cabin Sets video followed by the Cabinizer video. These videos will walk you through configuring cabins and cabin sets as well as assigning campers to cabins. 

Camp Store

If you need to train your camp store staff, consider referring them to the camp store resources in the Support Center, specifically Processing Account Sales and Refunding Transactions. These videos demonstrate how to log in to the CampBrain Store web app and process account sales and refunds. 


Using the attendance module for the first time in a while? Watch these three videos:

These videos will walk you through creating attendance lists, collecting authorized pickup information, taking attendance, accessing past attendance records, and scheduling planned absences. 


Reporting is always a hot topic leading up to summer, so now is a good time to watch Camper & Staff Standard Reports and review the basics of reporting and filtering.

Even though we released the feature a year ago, we’re still excited about scheduled emails. If you haven’t used the feature before, watch these this series of videos to get started:
