For me, summer always meant camping and horseback riding—freedom, adventure, and learning how to lead (and laugh) through every twist in the trail. That spirit stuck with me. Today, I show up to bring structure to the unknown, guide teams through the unexpected, and create space for others to thrive—just like camping did for me!
