I'm coming to CampBrain after a long and diverse journey through academia, advocacy work in a union setting, and even facilities maintenance! I've seen a lot of different working environments and am inspired by the joy and dedication I find here, both from my colleagues and the clients themselves. I look forward to learning as much as I can about the camping industry and helping people.

As a lifelong New Englander who grew up on a lake in rural Vermont, I have always been an advocate of getting outside and enjoying nature. I have the honor of sharing that Green Mountain State upbringing with my wife and two sons, who are always wanting to explore the surrounding wilderness. Working with CampBrain customers invigorates a youthful passion and sense of nostalgia for me, and I’m thrilled to continue empowering our customer community.

Working for 5 seasons as a canoe guide before embarking on a career in technology, I didn’t think I’d be able to mesh an area I’m passionate about (Camp!) with my work. CampBrain has been a wonderful place for me to explore this overlap and allow me to contribute to the camp world in a unique way. When I’m not at the keyboard, I’m definitely outside and far away (skiing, hiking, paddling… anything big and adventure oriented)!

I’ve always been driven to provide meaningful support to others, which is what led me to CampBrain. Supporting camps and gaining a deeper understanding of this vibrant community has been incredibly rewarding and truly fulfilling. It’s exciting to play a role in helping camps create meaningful experiences for people of all ages. Off the clock, you’ll find me lifting big heavy circles at the gym or immersed in a game, anime, or drama!

After 12+ years working as a music teacher, coding instructor, vocalist and even as a comedian I’ve been fortunate enough to find stability and acceptance as a Brainer! I’m a compulsively helpful former camp counselor, with aspirations of directing my own camp some day, so I’m eager to assist with creative registration setups, adhoc reports and teaching you our newest tools. In the outside world I develop and run Table-Top Roleplaying Games, perform at music/comedy gigs and desperately attempt to keep my cat Stormageddon entertained. With a passion for both the outdoors and technology, working at CampBrain is a true full-circle moment. Having attended many of the camps we now support, staying connected to that world is deeply meaningful. With a background in customer relations, sales and leadership — most recently as CEO of ePACT — I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with teams across the camp and community landscape.
