With the holidays season coming up, many of our staff will be taking some time off this December. We will be available to support you during the holidays and wanted to let you know when our team will be available and when our offices will be closed. If the date is not listed below, we will have our regular support hours, from 8:30 am – 8:00 pm EST.
- Monday, December 22nd to Wednesday, December 24th – We are reachable via e-mail (support@campbrain.com) from 9 am – 5 pm ET
- Thursday, December 25th – Closed for Christmas Day
- Friday, December 26th – Closed for Boxing Day
- Monday, December 29th – Wednesday, December 31st – We are reachable via e-mail (support@campbrain.com) from 9 am – 5 pm ET
- Thursday, January 1st – Closed for New Year’s Day
We will return to our regular support hours on January 2nd.
If you are working on a specific item or project with someone from our team (a report with the Reporting team, your set up with Implementations, or an item with Technical Support) make sure you communicate the urgency with them, so we can get you what you need during the holidays.
